Measured value tolerance

is the range of variation of the measurement results during a test or test series.

Measured values are numbers obtained from a specific experiment after a measurement process. Its fluctuation is determined as measured value accuracy and distinguished from the measured value tolerance.The tolerance is the extent of deviation of a quantity that does not yet endanger the function of a system and that is tolerated/accepted by supplier and customer.
