Recycling incompatibilities - Investigation of material-specific recycling incompatibilities - Analysis packages at a fixed price
Investigation of packaging components for material-specific recycling incompatibilities in accordance with "Orientierungshilfe zur Bemessung der Recyclingfähigkeit von systembeteiligungspflichtigen Verpackungen" , published by Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister, Osnabrück Stand 11-2018, Anhang 3. The scope of the investigation can be adapted to different order scenarios.
Typical methods used are e.g. DSC screenings (-20 - 300°C/2 heating runs), microscopic examinations of microtome cross-sections to visualise multilayer structures, FTIR spectroscopy with various techniques to determine the material classes of the material or the individual layers; Beilstein tests for chlorine, density determination etc. Supplementary detailed analyses may be necessary in individual cases; these are only carried out after prior consultation with you.
